Yes — independently verified. In third-party testing by TPRI (Xi’an Thermal Power Research Institute) to standard DL/T 1866-2018, our 40″ / 5 µm cartridge removed 100% of particles ≥3 µm and 99.9% of particles ≥2 µm over a full 60-minute dynamic run. The complete report is available on request for your QA records.

The tested 40″ / 5 µm cartridge is rated at 46.7 m³/h at only ~5 kPa clean differential pressure. Across the tested range the relationship is close to linear (ΔP in kPa ≈ 0.113 × flow − 0.272, R² = 0.99), so you can size confidently for low energy consumption. Full flow-vs-ΔP curve available on request.

By removing 100% of particles ≥3 µm, the cartridge substantially reduces the silt and colloidal load reaching the membrane, helping keep feed SDI low and stable. The exact achievable SDI depends on your feed water quality and system design — send us your water report and our engineers will advise on the target.

Yes. We build to standard high flow dimensions (6″ and 6.5″ OD, 40″ and 60″ lengths) with 222/226 O-ring, bayonet and other standard end connections — a true drop-in replacement for Pall, 3M CUNO and Parker high flow housings. Custom dimensions are available on request.
