Our industrial pleated filter cartridges are designed for liquid filtration applications requiring larger filtration area, stable pressure drop and reliable particle removal. Available in PP, PES and optional PTFE media, these cartridges are commonly used in RO pretreatment, process water, food and beverage, chemical process and power plant filtration systems.

How do I choose between PP and PES pleated cartridges?
PP is suitable for general water treatment, RO pretreatment and chemical prefiltration. PES is preferred for finer filtration, high-purity liquids and food or beverage applications.
What micron rating should I use before RO membranes?
1–5 μm is commonly used before RO membranes. The final choice depends on feed water quality, SDI, turbidity and acceptable pressure drop.
Can you match 222 / 226 / DOE end caps?
Yes. We can supply DOE, 222 and 226 end caps, including flat and fin-end options. Please provide your existing filter photos or model number for confirmation.
Can you replace my existing Pall or Parker cartridge?
Yes. We can help cross-reference Pall, Parker and other filter models based on dimensions, end caps, seals, media and micron rating.
